        This policy explains what information is collected when you visit
        **vibecodersguidetomvp.help** ("the Site") and how it is used. Plain English,
        no fine print.
      

      
## What the Site collects directly

      

        The Site does not require an account, does not ask for your email, and does not store
        anything personally identifiable on our servers. Specifically:

          **Your progress through the guide** (which slide you're on, which agent you
          picked) is saved to your browser's `localStorage`. It never leaves your
          device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
        

        - 
          **Standard server logs** (your IP address, request URL, user agent) may be
          recorded by our hosting provider (Amazon CloudFront) for up to 30 days and used only for
          security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic analysis.
        

      

      
## Third-party services that may collect data

      

        To keep the Site free, the following third parties process visitor data on our behalf or
        independently. Each has its own privacy policy; links are below.
      

      

        - 
          **Google Analytics 4** — measures aggregate traffic, page interactions,
          referrer source, and approximate geography. Google sets cookies (typically
          `_ga` and `_ga_*`) to recognize returning visitors. IP addresses
          are anonymized before storage. You can opt out installation-wide using the
          [Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On](https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout),
          or block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

          **Google AdSense** — serves display ads on the Site. Google uses
          cookies (including the `DoubleClick` cookie) to serve ads based on your prior
          visits to our Site or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at

          or via the
          [Digital Advertising Alliance](https://www.aboutads.info/).

          **Amazon Web Services** — hosts the Site's static files and handles
          DNS and email routing for any email sent to
          `privacy@vibecodersguidetomvp.help`.

          **GitHub** — hosts the code repositories the Site links to. If you
          follow those links, GitHub's privacy policy applies.
        

      

      
## Cookies

      

        The Site itself does not set cookies. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies on page load
        (`_ga`, `_ga_JCJPRYQ41M`) and Google AdSense sets advertising cookies
        when its script loads. If you are in the EU/UK, you may see a consent banner before
        personalized ads run; decline and you'll still see non-personalized ads.
      

      
## Your rights (GDPR)

      

        If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to
        access, correct, export, or delete personal data we process about you, and to restrict or
        object to processing. Because the Site collects no account data directly, these rights
        primarily apply to data processed by the third parties listed above. Contact them directly
        for requests specific to their systems, or email us and we'll help you route the request.
      

      
## Your rights (California)

      

        California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the
        right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of
        personal information. Google AdSense's personalized advertising may be considered
        "sharing" under the CPRA.

        The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information

        The Site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS. No sensitive data is stored, so there is
        little for us to protect — but we take reasonable precautions nonetheless.
      

      
## Changes to this policy

      

        We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects
        the current version. Material changes will be noted in the site footer for at least 30
